RESERVATIONS
Confirmed with security of deposit, equal to one night's charge or 50% of
charge for stay of 3 or more nights. Deposits may be secured by $25 cash or
check for each room to be applied to balance upon arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY
To reserve a room a $25.00 check or cash deposit is required for each
night’s stay per room. You will pay the balance upon your arrival. Your
deposit, less $10.00 handling fees will be returned up to 72 hours prior to
the day of arrival.
There will be a
$15.00 charge per night for each additional guest over 12.
All rates are
subject to a 6% hotel/motel tax levied by the state of Texas and a
7% hotel/motel tax levied by the city of Bowie.SMOKING
Not permitted anywhere inside the inn or on the porches. We thank our guests for honoring our smoke-free environment.
